My products are sent to customers using various delivery methods depending on the size of the package. Due to the fragility of ceramics I do not post outside of the UK.
Return and exchange policy
I make sure that my pots are packaged as securely as possible. In the unlikely event that something gets broken, I will issue a full refund. Please, send a photo of the damage to the pot and the packaging as soon as it arrives and return the pot. If returning a pot for any other reason, you have 14 days from receiving your purchase to return it safely to me at your own cost. Please, get in contact with me via email for the return address and more information about returning products.
